I had AC joint repair surgery (decompression and open distal cuff excision) 6 weeks ago. I have been going to PT for 5 weeks and I could still barely move my arm behind my back (internal rotation behind the back) and came out after my massage feeling like I did 10 years ago.I am BLOWN AWAY!
